Reiki is a Japanese term which means “universal life force”. (This is the energy that lives in all of creation , that is inherent in all living beings and that nourishes them and keeps them alive.)

A Reiki Treatment involves the laying on of hands, during which the appropriate amount of healing energy is drawn to which ever areas of the body need it. The treatment takes place lying down, fully clothed and lasts about an hour and forty minutes.

Treatments can take place at my home, in peaceful, comfortable surroundings or if more appropriate in your own home.

• £5 extra for a home visit.
